When applying for a commission please send the following:

~A digital reference sheet or clear digital image of your character. You may also add detailed descriptions as well for customs.

~Proof you have read all my TOS.

~Proof of character ownership.

~Basic info: (what you are requesting)

~Time expected for the commission

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

A statement will be issued to explain the cancellation of the commission as well as a refund.

All commissions must be paid either in full upfront or 50/50 when commissioning and when commission is finished.

Work In Progress will either be given if the commissioner personally asks for it or if a check is needed for me to continue my work.

The time for the completion of your commission can be up to 1-2 months depending on factors such as;

Health, order of the commission, complexity, Work, school, family issues, etc.

**If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.

After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.

Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced arwork.

Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.

The commissioner is allowed to;

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If the copyright infringement is broken in any way, any rights you had to the drawing will be retracted.

eproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)

Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my consent.

Commercial rights to the artwork may vary the price.
